True Med | Data Protection and Privacy Agreement

1. Data Usage

• True Med and Partner agree to use patient data solely for the purpose of providing healthcare services as outlined in their respective contracts.

2. Compliance

• Both parties agree to comply with applicable data protection regulations, including but not limited to [e.g., HIPAA, GDPR].

3. Data Breach Protocol

• In the event of a data breach, both parties agree to notify each other immediately and cooperate fully to mitigate any harm.

4. Rights of Data Subjects

• Patients have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their data at any time.

• Data may only be shared with third parties with the explicit consent of the patient or as required by law.

6. Term and Termination
