Services Offered

True Med provides access to virtual consultations, referrals, and premium services. The platform connects you with healthcare providers.

Payment and Fees

Consultation Fee: i.e. $50 per session, payable at the time of booking.

Premium Services: (e.g., expedited appointments, concierge) Additional fees as displayed at the time of purchase.

User Obligations

Patients must provide accurate medical history and information. Failure to do so may result in termination of services.

Privacy and Data Protection

True Med collects and stores personal data in compliance with applicable laws. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of the platform will be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, binding arbitration will be used.

Termination

True Med reserves the right to terminate access to the platform for violations of these Terms.
